This year’s conference will explore how multinational groups can design and manage resilient supply chains in an increasingly fragmented and volatile global environment. Geopolitical tensions, trade restrictions, sanctions, sustainability requirements, and changing business models are forcing companies to reassess where and how value is created, moved, and taxed. Against this backdrop, supply chains can no longer be viewed through a single tax lens.
The conference will focus on the interdependencies between customs, transfer pricing, and indirect and direct tax, and how misalignment across these areas can create significant risk, inefficiencies, and controversy. Participants will examine how regulatory developments, increased scrutiny by tax and customs authorities, and divergent national policy objectives affect supply chain design, pricing, and operating models. We will discuss how tax and customs functions must move beyond siloed compliance to adopt an integrated, end to end approach, and respond effectively to a rapidly changing global landscape.
The conference will also address practical challenges in implementation, dispute prevention and resolution, and the role of tax in supporting broader business resilience and transformation goals.
