About the Event
After two successful episodes in Düsseldorf and Munich, we are excited to continue the journey: Episode III will focus on the theme “People. Trust. AI”
This edition will dive into the critical topics of Ethics, People, and Collaboration in AI – essential pillars for building responsible and sustainable AI in the TMT industry.
The keynote will be delivered by Sarah Becker, leading expert in AI Ethics and Partner at Deloitte, who will provide thought-provoking insights on trust and accountability in AI development.
Following the keynote, we will host a expert panel featuring renowned women in top management positions within the TMT sector, sharing their perspectives and experiences.
As always, the event will conclude with an interactive audience discussion, fostering dialogue and collaboration on the most pressing questions of our time.

Sophie is a Director at Deloitte and passionate about the media & entertainment sector. Her focus is leading complex finance transformation programs and deriving organization & process design. She advises clients in cross-functional transformation programs for which AI is becoming more and more a key enabler.
As the host and initiator of SheLeads TMT, Sophie is dedicated to building and strengthening a network of female leaders in the telco, media & tech industry, fostering collaboration and empowerment among women in the field.
Sarah J. Becker brings together economic thinking and ethical inquiry in both her professional background and her current work. At Deloitte, she leads the Ethics and Corporate Digital Responsibility practice. For many years, she has guided organizations in Germany and North America through the complexities of digital transformation. Ethical considerations are her area of deep expertise—one she pursues with passion and conviction.
