Our four days of Onboarding will smoothly introduce you to the practices of everyday Consulting life at Deloitte.
On Day 1, we invite you to visit the Leaders Onboarding in Düsseldorf. There you will meet other Partner and Director New Hires as well as representatives of the Deloitte Leadership Team. The main goal of your first day is to network, get a feeling for our culture and connect!
Our lovely tour guides will welcome you at your Deloitte Office location in the morning of Day 2. Invitations will be sent out by our Onboarding Team as soon as you have access to your Deloitte email account.
Days 3 & 4 are full of virtual Onboarding sessions, introducing and informing you on important topics which will help you to get started as smoothly as possible.
Within the first month you will be invited to additional Director and Partner specific onboarding sessions organized by the Partner and Director Experience Office (PDXO).
