Thomas Menzler leads the Strategy & Transactions Offering Portfolio across Deloitte's EMEA firm and in Germany. The portfolio brings together capabilities spanning Strategy, M&A, Value Creation, Performance Improvement & Restructuring, Valuation, Infrastructure & Real Estate, and M&A-related Transformation services, helping organizations create, protect and realize value throughout the business lifecycle.
With more than 25 years of consulting and industry experience, he specializes in carve-outs, post-merger integration, and transaction-driven transformations. He advises corporate and private equity clients on national and international transactions and has worked with organizations ranging from family-owned businesses to global corporations.
In addition, Thomas Menzler served as Managing Director of a mid-sized MedTech company for several years.
