Thomas Menzler

Thomas Menzler leads the Offering Portfolio Strategy & Transactions in our European network Deloitte DCE and Transactions in Germany. Transactions includes all services related to strategic, financial and operational M&A issues, but also, for example, turnaround & restructuring and valuation. Thomas is an expert in carve-outs and post-merger integration and has more than 25 years of consulting and industry experience.

He has advised a large number of strategic buyers and sellers, as well as clients in medium-sized companies and large corporations on national and international transactions; in addition, he was managing director of a medium-sized company in the medtech sector for several years.
