As a partner, Thomas Mazur is responsible for our services in the area of Performance Improvement & Restructuring. His activities focus on the preparation and assessment of restructuring and continuation concepts based on IDW S6, independent business reviews, solvency audits according to IDW S11 and option reviews (analysis of alternative financial restructuring options from the perspective of all stakeholders). Financial Restructuring also includes advising banks and investors on non-performing loan portfolio transactions. Thomas Mazur leads our Transaction Services for the Shipping & Ports industry sector on a global level. This includes restructuring, refinancing, transaction and M&A projects in the global shipping industry.
