Sarah Beringer serves as Diversity, Inclusion & Wellbeing Leader for Deloitte EMEA, driving the firm’s strategic inclusion and wellbeing agenda across a region spanning more than 80 countries, 16 participating firms, and over 130,000 people.
Previously, she was Chief Purpose and Sustainability Officer for Deloitte DCE, leading the internal sustainability and societal impact agenda across 45 countries in Central Europe and French-speaking Africa. From 2020 to 2025, Sarah Beringer acted as Chief Communications Officer and Chief of Staff to the Executive Committee and CEO of Deloitte DCE, leading the CEO Office and supporting strategic planning and investments. Earlier in her career, she led Talent Management for Deloitte Germany, with responsibility for leadership development, employer branding, diversity & inclusion, and further key strategic HR topics.
Sarah Beringer has more than 20 years of international experience across talent, HR, sustainability, strategy, and corporate communications in professional services, banking, and the energy sector.
