Michael Clauß is a Director in our Turnaround & Restructuring team in Berlin. He has over 16 years of operational experience in the areas of turnaround & restructuring and operational management.

He is specialized on the development and implementation of restructuring concepts as well as liquidity management, business planning, and working capital optimization as well as managed exits. His main sector expertise is in in the automotive industry, in the industrial manufacturing industry, mechanical- and plant engineering.
