Matteo has 20 years of experience in strategy and human capital consulting. He brings a broad international experience, having lived in six countries and led consulting projects for clients in more than 20 states in Europe, Middle East, Asia and the Americas. In Deloitte, he is responsible for the Operating Model and Organization Design team in Germany. Prior to joining Deloitte, he spent 8 years working for a prime strategy consulting firm.
His focus areas include target operating model definition, organization re-design, strategic change management, culture transformation, and M&A.
