Matteo Serena

Matteo has more than 12 years of experience in strategy and human capital consulting. His focus areas include organization efficiency and effectiveness, large-scale transformation, target operating model and new ways of working (e.g. Agile). Matteo has a broad international experience, having lived in six countries and led consulting projects for clients across many geographies, namely Germany, France, Switzerland, Italy, the UK and the Middle East region. Matteo worked across a variety of industries, ranging from chemicals, travel and tourism, bio tech, to public sector and financial services.
