She is also a member of Deloitte’s Global Human Capital Executive. She is an expert in organizational design and transformation, strategic change management, strategic workforce advisory and target operating modeling. She has over 20 years of experience in advising German and international clients in various industries in the areas of strategy and human capital and has assisted companies in major organizational changes.
