Dr. Jürgen Sandau is Lead Partner for the German Supply Chain Operations Practice and the Global Service Offering Lead for Manufacturing at Deloitte. He has more than 20 years of consulting experience within the Automotive, Manufacturing, and Consumer Goods industry where he worked for several OEMs and suppliers.
He has led many projects within the field of Supply Chain Optimization, especially with focus on end-to-end / cross-functional cost-down, Industry 4.0 transformation programs and digital enabled performance programs.
