Dieter Trimmel is a Partner with more than 25 years of international telecommunications industry expertise. He has led major market and cost side transformations for leading fixed line, mobile and converged operators as well as equipment suppliers,  across Europe, India, the Middle East and the US.

In addition to his deep strategic consulting expertise, he has held various senior management roles including Director Group Strategy and Head of Digital at a leading CEE group operator.

His functional expertise covers Topline growth, CDDs, M&A and PMI as well as large-scale cost and technology transformations.
