He is a partner in the Technology Strategy & Transformation offering and focuses on the development of technology strategies, IT operating models and architectures, the optimization of technology costs, business processes and IT sourcing as well as the design and implementation of related complex transformations. Andreas Klein has worked in many different industries, including Manufacturing/Automotive, Technology, Media, and Telecommunications, Financial Services, Life Sciences & Health Care and Retail. He has been working in management consulting for more than 20 years.
