「Deloitte Speak Up」では、デロイト トーマツ グループの各法人およびその社員・職員による法令違反・不正行為等（会計不正を含む）に関する情報を受け付けています。このような情報をお持ちの方は、以下のいずれかの通報窓口宛てに、電子メール、書簡またはWebフォームでご連絡ください。

※事案（法令違反・不正行為等）の内容、事案の発生日、発生場所、関係するデロイト トーマツ グループの社員・職員の氏名等を具体的にご記入ください。

※事案に関連する資料等があれば、併せてご提出ください。

3. その他

※事案の調査のために有益と思われる事項があればご記入ください。

  • デロイト トーマツ グループのDeloitte Speak Upは、通報者の救済または個人的な便宜を図ることを直接の目的としていません。なお、提供された情報を踏まえた調査・是正の結果等については、通報者にお知らせできない場合がありますので、予めご了承ください。

If you are in possession of such information, please contact one of the following contact points by e-mail, letter or web form.

2. Detail of the case

※ Please describe the detail of the case (violations of laws and regulations or fraudulent practices, etc.), date of occurrence, location of the case, and name of the relevant employee.

※ If there are any documents related to the case, please submit them as well.

3. Other

※ Please provide out any information that may be useful for the investigation of the case.
