デロイト トーマツ グループ*(以下、当グループ)は、ガバナンス・経営執行機能を担うデロイトトーマツ（同）と、「監査・保証業務」、「コンサルテイティブ（ストラテジー・リスク・トランザクション / テクノロジー・トランスフォーメーション）」、「税務・法務」の事業、およびコーポレート機能から構成されています。
当グループは、グループ各法人**により提供される高度なプロフェッショナルサービスを通して、社会制度や経済の維持発展に寄与するとともに、当該プロフェッショナルサービスを継続的かつ安定的に提供できる態勢を構築しています。
社会のステークホルダーの要請や期待に応え、もって社会的使命を果たすため、ここに事業継続方針を制定し、以下に掲げる事項を満たす事業継続マネジメントシステム（Business Continuity Management System, BCMS）を整備・運用することを宣言します。
(1) 社員及び職員等並びに家族の生命・身体の安全を最優先とする。
(2) 有事の際は、クライアントの状況に配慮し、優先順位に従って可及的速やかな業務復旧を目指す。
(3) 関連する法令を遵守する。
(4) BCMSの継続的な維持改善に努める。

To meet the needs and expectations of society’s stakeholders, furthermore, to fulfill our social mission, Deloitte Tohmatsu Group hereby establishes a Business Continuity Policy and declares that it develops and operates a Business Continuity Management System (Business Continuity Management System, BCMS) that meets the following requirements.
(1) A top priority shall be given to the safety of the lives and health of all partners, managing directors, staffs, etc. of our group and their families.
(2) The situation of the client shall be considered and the recovery of business operations shall be aimed as soon as possible according to the priority in the event of an emergency.
(3) Relevant laws and regulations shall be complied with.
(4) Maintenance and improvement of BCMS shall be continuously performed.
