Transfer pricing rules and audit practices are evolving rapidly in Germany and Poland. This webcast will provide key insights into new legal developments, audit trends, and practical strategies to manage transfer pricing risks across jurisdictions.
For Germany the new transaction matrix, the documentation of extraordinary transactions and the submission deadlines in case of an audit. We will report on first experiences with new rules for intercompany finance.
Meanwhile, Poland is intensifying audits, with hundreds of cases annually and additional more than 50 TP court cases last year. We observe increasing scrutiny on management services and distribution margins. Updates from Romania, Czech Republic, Bulgaria and Hungary will be shared which are often deviations from OECD standards such as benchmarking criteria and unique TP forms.
