German Next Generation CIO Academy

The Academy introduces you to the breadth and complexity of the CIO role and covers:

• Networking: Share experiences with other CIO aspirants, experts, and speakers
• CIO fundamentals: Gain expertise on how successful CIOs manage their ever-changing role
• Career planning: Renowned headhunters and CIOs give practical advice for your way to the top
• Stakeholder expectations: Representatives from the board and business share what they expect from strong CIOs
• Management and communication: Coaching on topics such as emotional intelligence, resilience, and business chemistry

For organizational reasons, such as the limitation to 20 participants, we reserve the right to review registrations.

The German Next Generation CIO Academy is designed for 15-20 participants and is open to professionals from all industries. Although the Academy is targeted at companies operating in Germany, we reserve the right to deliver the program in English. 

Who can participate in the German Next Generation CIO Academy? 

The program is designed for career-oriented individuals who have the goal of assuming the role of CIO in the coming years. Participants should have at least 10-15 years relevant work experience in companies with more than €2.5 billion in annual revenue.

The participation fee is €3,900 plus VAT. The participation fee covers two and a half days of onsite training, including full board with two evening events, as well as three virtual expert modules and a virtual closing event. The costs for travel to and from the event as well as accommodation need to be covered by the participants themselves.
