Thomas Kirstan

Thomas has been with Deloitte since 2007 and has 28 years of experience in advising companies on effective Corporate Governance. This includes both the conceptual design and organization based on the requirements of internal bodies (supervisory board, management board, GRC boards) and external regulatory requirements, as well as operational implementation in the respective specialist areas and review based on common auditing standards. He has been responsible for various functional and cross-functional transformation and optimization projects. Thomas has managed various projects and programs in the automotive context.

Furthermore, Thomas has been a member of the leadership team of the Japanese Service Group since 2017 and thus has extensive experience in dealing with Japanese customers. This both on the steering side in the Deloitte organization and in specific project environments.
