Tim Bottke is the global telecom, media, and entertainment (TM&E) sector leader at Deloitte. He also serves as chief innovation officer for Deloitte Central Europe and as the TM&E sector leader for Deloitte Germany. With 25 years of experience advising senior clients on strategic transformations across the convergent TMT space in more than 20 countries, Bottke is recognized for his deep knowledge and experience in corporate strategy, mergers and acquisitions, commercial due diligence, go-to-market strategies, and large-scale transformation programs. He serves as the lead client service partner for several key TM&E accounts, delivering major transformation initiatives and value improvements for clients.
