He focuses on strategy development, business model enhancements, business-led and tech-enabled transformation, mergers and acquisitions, and post-merger integration.
He supports his clients in the conception and implementation of complex international transformation projects.
Prior to his time at Deloitte, he led a consulting boutique and spent many years in global management roles at a leading automobile manufacturer.
