Lydia Eckhard is a partner and leads the Finance Transformation practice at Deloitte Germany. With her passion for modern finance organizations, she helps CFOs and their teams position finance as a strategic value driver for the entire company.
Since 2014, she has guided companies through the transformation of their finance functions, including finance excellence, performance management, the digitization of core finance processes, and the use of artificial intelligence for data-driven management. Her background in accounting and controlling enables her to align strategic requirements with operational feasibility.
In addition to her role as Head of Finance Transformation, Lydia Eckhard is Managing Director of Deloitte Sustainability & Climate GmbH. She helps companies translate financial, regulatory, and sustainability-related requirements into integrated management and reporting models.
Her experience spans international corporations and smaller, medium-sized German enterprises. The foundation of her work is the belief that successful transformation occurs when technology, data and people collaborate to create value.
