Dr. Lars Finger

Lars is a Partner at Deloitte Digital leading the Digital Foundry & Operations Practice of Deloitte Germany. He also serves as Global Customer Operate leader.

He is advising clients on successfully mastering digital transformations across marketing, customer experience, commerce, sales, and service. His teams help clients embed continuous innovation, business agility, and competitive advantage into their digital platforms while operating the underlying technology and related business processes.

Lars has 30 years of experience, gained both in Consulting and in senior leadership roles in the industry. He holds a Ph.D. in management and a Diploma in business informatics.
