Jan has more than 20 years of strategy consulting experience with automotive and industrials clients – predominantly automotive and industrial OEMs, sales and aftersales players, mobility players as well as captive and non-captive finance firms. He has completed more than 120 successful projects in the automotive & industrials ecosystem on corporate strategy, designing business models for the future, unlocking the value of digitalization and analytics as well as in sales, marketing and aftersales topics – e.g. growth and portfolio questions, go-to-market models, profitability management, capabilities building and functional effectiveness and efficiency.
He works seamlessly across border to solve his clients most important challenges – with deep work experience across most markets in Europe, North America, Middle East and Africa as well as China.
