Hans-Juergen Walter is leading the Global Sustainable Finance Practice of Deloitte and member of Deloitte’s Global Financial Services Industry Council.

He has more than 25 years of experience in the financial services market and advises his clients in the fields of Business and IT strategy & transformation, risk management and regulatory topics.

As a consultant for strategic business and IT transformations at banks and an expert on regulatory requirements, Hans-Juergen combines essential expertise to support clients in the development and implementation of their ESG agenda. Before Hans-Juergen has been appointed as Global Leader Sustainable Finance, he led the Financial Services Practice of Deloitte Germany and EMEA for several years.
