He has more than 20 years experience in Consulting, in particular Distributed Delivery, Technology, Business Transformation, Business Strategy, Operating Model and large-scale implementation projects. Industry-wise he has spent most of his time in Technology, Manufacturing and Tier 1. Before his current roles, Florian Ploner has built & led our Industrial sector in Germany & Deloitte Central Europe.
