Dr. Christian Pfennig

Dr. Christian Pfennig is a member of our Finance Transformation practice with 20 years of experience in consulting clients across different industries. He leads our German CFO program and serves clients as key contact in relationship partner roles. His functional focus lies on setting up and executing Finance & Business Transformation programs and supporting our clients in successfully achieving their goals. He has experience and knowledge in the following topics: CFO Strategy & Roadmap, CFO Operating Model & Governance, Corporate Steering, Finance process optimization und Finance Day 1 readiness (Finance integrations/Carve-outs/IPO). Additionally, he moderates Labs to help newly appointed CFOs with transition into their new role.

Dr. Christian Pfennig has broad project and change management skills in international environments. Before joining Deloitte Consulting, he worked for the Institute of Management and Controlling (IMC) at the WHU – Otto Beisheim School of Management.
