Christian Grapatin is a Partner in Monitor Deloitte’s German Energy, Resources, and Industrial Products (ER&I) Strategy practice. He advises clients in the energy sector and in heavy industries on topics of corporate/business unit strategy, organic and inorganic growth, business design and operating model, decarbonization and energy transition, innovation portfolio building, and business model innovation.

He is especially deep into Generation, Trading and Infrastructure value chains in the cross-sector Green Energy Transition. Christian leads Monitor Deloitte’s Green Energy Transformation Offering in Germany. Prior to this, he was the Lead of the Customer Strategy & Transformation Practice in Germany.
