About the Event
After our inaugural Episode in March 2025 in Düsseldorf, Episode II aims to expand and further strengthen our acquired network within the south of Germany.
We will again delve into the cutting-edge area of "AI at Scale" with esteemed AI Pioneer Elisabeth L'Orange, recognized by Manager Magazine as one of the 15 leading women in AI in Germany and Partner at Deloitte, delivering an inspiring keynote speech to kickstart the event. This will be followed by a thought-provoking panel discussion about how and why this topic impacts the TMT industry. Concluding the evening, indulge in networking opportunities over refreshing drinks and delectable snacks, fostering meaningful connections that transcend the event and drive collective growth within this thriving industry.

Sophie is Director at Deloitte specialized in the Media & Entertainment sector. Her focus lies in leading Finance Transformation Programs and deriving organizational and process design. She is particularly distinguished by her effective and efficient development and implementation of controlling and management concepts, performance management, planning, and reporting.
As the host and initiator of SheLeads TMT, Sophie is dedicated to building and strengthening a network of female leaders in the TMT industry, fostering collaboration and empowerment among women in the field.
Elisabeth is a seasoned leader in AI. Her domain expertise is AI and data strategy, AI infrastructure and implementation.
As the Co-founder of Oxolo, a Hamburg-based start-up which specializes in the creation of AI-generated content, she has experienced firsthand what “AI at Scale” means and has become one of the 15 leading women in AI in Germany. In February 2025 Elisabeth joined Deloitte as a Partner and is now sharing her broad knowledge with clients in the TMT industry and beyond.
