Gaurav serves as the US Insurance Consulting Services Leader with Deloitte. In this capacity, he oversees the delivery of risk management services to insurance clients including cyber security, internal audit, controls, finance transformation, treasury, regulatory/compliance, data governance, and modernization. Since joining Deloitte in 2002, Gaurav has served a mix of attest and relationship clients in the insurance industry. With more than 20 years of experience in insurance operations, risk and controls transformation, and cyber, he has a distinguished record in advising clients across Sarbanes-Oxley (SOX)/ Model Audit Rule (MAR) compliance, actuarial, finance, cyber, data, and third-party risk management programs leveraging the full breadth of our Risk & Financial Advisory capabilities. Gaurav has significant experience in standing up and scaling operate platforms at our clients in cyber, data, and controls. He has been instrumental in leading Deloitte’s development, implementation, and subsequent commercialization of our marketplace efforts corresponding to the following risk frameworks: COSO 2013 internal controls, COSO ERM, and the AICPA’s SOC for Cyber.

John is a principal in Deloitte Consulting’s Insurance practice advising clients in the financial services industry on performance and operations transformation. With more than 10 years at the firm, he currently leads the firm's Customer and Marketing (C&M) capabilities within the insurance sector, driving top of the funnel transformations in advertising, marketing, sales, and servicing effectiveness. John also leads the Go-To-Market for Deloitte's Insurance Salesforce capabilities globally, and drives our broker sub-sector capabilities.

Arun serves as principal, Deloitte US with a focus on building, enhancing, and delivering Deloitte’s technology capabilities to the insurance marketplace. In addition to his global responsibilities, Arun is a leader within our US Deloitte Digital practice and utilizes his 25 years of experience to lead and to deliver technology and strategy consulting services with our clients. His hands-on experience across banking, securities, and insurance, as well as other industries, enable him to provide clients with insights from IT organizations across the maturity spectrum. His recent client work includes the end-to-end digital transformation of a Property & Casualty insurer, post-merger integration of two global Property & Casualty insurers, development of a strategic enterprise architecture roadmap for a global Life & Annuities carrier, and development of an IT strategy for a global Property & Casualty insurer. Arun often speaks at industry and professional organizations and is passionate about mentoring the next generation of talent. Prior to joining Deloitte, Arun co-founded and ran a successful Internet consulting services firm focused on developing leading-edge digital solutions for public and private sector clients. He holds a Bachelor of Science in electrical and computer engineering from Carnegie Mellon University.
