With more than 10 years at the firm, he currently leads the firm's Customer and Marketing (C&M) capabilities within the insurance sector, driving top of the funnel transformations in advertising, marketing, sales, and servicing effectiveness. John also leads the Go-To-Market for Deloitte's Insurance Salesforce capabilities globally, and drives our broker sub-sector capabilities.
