Michael “Mike” Quails is a managing director with Deloitte Transactions and Business Analytics LLP and has extensive value creation, performance improvement, and advisory experience. During his career, Mr. Quails has advised private equity groups, boards of directors, management teams, and governments across Europe and the Americas. He focuses on working capital across the receivables, inventory and payables cycles, cash and liquidity forecasting, cost takeout, and revenue enhancement for distressed and expansion stage entities. Mike is operationally savvy and has successfully led both service operations and manufacturing turnarounds. Prior to joining Deloitte, Michael served in leadership roles across a variety of industries including assignments such as CEO, GM, CFO for several consumer and industrial products businesses, CFO for a national highway construction firm, and many executive level interim posts for private equity firms.

Annie is a leader in Deloitte’s Mergers, Acquisitions and Restructuring (MARS) practice specializing in capturing value from both deal and non-deal related transformations. Annie brings more than 15 years of experience working with executives to architect the strategy, diligence, planning, and execution of significant transformations across business units and enabling functions to drive sustainable change. Annie has managed global programs from both US and Europe. Annie is the MARS Board Engagement leader having worked with directors and executives on the role of the board during M&A and significant transformational efforts. Annie is also the champion for the MARS National Purpose initiative. She has always been passionate about giving back to the community and manages annual projects focused on nonprofit strategy and diligence. Prior to joining Deloitte, Annie graduated with an MBA and Master in Education from Stanford University with Certificates in Global Management and Public Management. She also has a Bachelor in Mechanical Engineering and Economics from Duke University.

Travis is a managing director in Deloitte's Risk & Financial Advisory practice with more than 20 years of global experience in Extended Enterprise Management. He helps organizations establish third-party management programs to enhance the performance of and mitigating risk related to client’s third parties across industries, including technology, media, and entertainment; energy, resources, and industrial products; life sciences; and retail and consumer products. He currently leads our Cost and Revenue Optimization practice, leveraging data analytics to help clients promote transparency, reduce leakage, drive value, optimize and enhance compliance programs as well as third-party relationships. Additionally, Travis is passionate about driving meaningful Sustainability, Climate & Equity change both personally and professionally, leading our Value/Supply Chain practice, helping Deloitte, clients, and broader industry alliances on the journey toward a better planet.
