The Future of Work requires adaptable, ambitious, and multitalented professionals. The Training Enabling Areas Campus Hires (TEACH) program allows recent college graduates to experience a wide array of positions at Deloitte to determine where they fit best. And along the way, each rotation offers a valuable skill set to help keep up with an ever-changing workplace.
Throughout the program, TEACH analysts have opportunities to collaborate across businesses and network with professionals across the organization while gaining a broader understanding of Deloitte, our businesses, and our government and public sector industry.
How does it work? TEACH analysts join a cohort of like-minded individuals, complete an orientation, and begin their journey with an assigned first rotation that both provides foundational insight into the business and affords them the opportunity to assimilate to professional life at Deloitte. This foundational year is followed by three 9-month rotations that are chosen by the analyst, with adherence to business needs.
