Discovery internship
The Discovery internship program is designed for early college students to gain insight into professional services and our client-facing businesses. This program provides comprehensive training and engaging projects to enhance your professional skills. You will also receive valuable mentorship that can help guide your journey and contribute to a strong foundation for your future career. Multiple tracks are available, so please review job descriptions and eligibility requirements thoroughly before applying.
Internal services internship
Internal services internships can be found in areas such as finance & administration, technology, and marketing (SHINE program). Beyond exposure to real-life internal projects, the program also delivers a variety of training and mentorship opportunities, designed to help you develop your technical and leadership skills.
From the variety of projects to the abundance of learning and development opportunities, interning prepared me for a dynamic career at Deloitte. I still leverage the skills and connections I made that summer more than five years later!
