1. 仮名加工情報の定義
仮名加工情報とは、法令に定める措置を講じて他の情報と照合しない限り特定の個人を識別することができないように個人情報を加工して得られる個人に関する情報をいいます。
2. 仮名加工情報の作成および取扱い
デロイト トーマツ コンサルティング合同会社（以下、「当社」といいます。）は、仮名加工情報を作成する場合には、以下の対応を行います。
(1) 法令で定める基準に従って、適正な加工を施すこと
(2) 法令で定める基準に従って、削除した情報や加工の方法に関する情報の安全管理措置を講じること
(3) 作成の元となった個人情報の本人を識別するために他の情報と照合しないこと
(4) その他法令で要求される事項を遵守すること
3. 仮名加工情報の利用目的
特定の個人を識別せずに行う、サービス等の企画・研究・開発・調査・分析・販売促進
4. 仮名加工情報の共同利用
当社は、「(2) 共同利用する者の範囲」に記載されている者の間で、仮名加工情報を共同利用することがあります。
(1) 共同して利用される仮名加工情報の項目：
特定の個人を識別できないよう加工した以下の情報など、当社のサービス提供の過程で取得した情報
- 会社属性：業種、従業員規模
- 個人属性：性別、年齢、職種、役職、雇用形態、年収水準、居住地（都道府県まで）
- サービス履歴（アセスメント回答結果、講座受講状況、アンケート結果、テスト回答結果、問い合わせ内容）
(2) 共同利用する者の範囲：
デロイト トーマツ グループ各法人
(3) 共同利用の目的：
「3. 仮名加工情報の利用目的」の範囲内において、共同利用することがあります。
(4) 共同利用管理責任者：

Handling of Pseudonymized Personal Information at Deloitte Tohmatsu Consulting LLC

1. Definition of Pseudonymized Personal Information
Pseudonymized personal information means information relating to an individual that can be prepared in a way that makes it not possible to identify a specific individual unless collated with other information by taking any of the measures prescribed in the Act on the Protection of Personal Information.
2. Preparation and Handling of Pseudonymized Personal Information
When preparing pseudonymized personal information, Deloitte Tohmatsu Consulting LLC (hereinafter referred to as "our company") will take the following measures:
(1) Proper processing in accordance with standards prescribed by applicable laws and regulations.
(2) Implementing security measures for information that has been deleted and information about the processing method, in accordance with standards prescribed by applicable laws and regulations.
(3) Not collating the pseudonymized personal information with other information in order to identify a person identifiable by personal information that was used to prepare the pseudonymized personal information.
(4) Complying with other matters required by laws and regulations.
3. Purpose of Using Pseudonymized Personal Information
Planning, research, development, survey, analysis, and sales promotion of services, without identifying a specific individual.
4. Joint Use of Pseudonymized Personal Information
Our company may jointly use pseudonymized personal information among those entity or entities as specified in "(2) Scope of Joint Users".
(1) Items of pseudonymized personal information to be jointly used:
Information obtained in the process of providing our services, such as the following information prepared so that a specific individual cannot be identified.
- Company attributes: Industry, employee size
- Individual attributes: Gender, age, occupation, position, employment form, income level, place of residence (up to the prefecture)
- Service history (assessment results, course attendance status, questionnaire results, test answers, inquiries)
(2) Scope of Joint Users:
Entities of Deloitte Tohmatsu Group
(3) Purpose of Joint Use:
May jointly use within the scope of "3. Purpose of Using Pseudonymized Personal Information".
