1. 匿名加工情報の定義
匿名加工情報とは、法令に定める措置を講じて特定の個人を識別することができないように個人情報を加工し、当該個人情報を復元できないようにした情報のことをいいます。
2. 匿名加工情報の取扱い
合同会社デロイト トーマツ / コンサルティング（以下、「当社」といいます。）は、匿名加工情報を取り扱う場合には、以下の対応を行います。
(1) 法令で定める基準に従って、適正な加工を施すこと
(2) 法令で定める基準に従って、削除した情報や加工の方法に関する情報の安全管理措置を講じること
(3) 作成の元となった個人情報の本人を識別するために他の情報と照合しないこと
(4) その他法令で要求される事項を遵守すること

Anonymized personal information means information relating to an individual that is prepared, by taking the measures prescribed in the Act on the Protection of Personal Information, so that a specific individual cannot be identified and the original personal information cannot be restored.
2. Handling of Anonymized Personal Information
When handling anonymized personal information, Deloitte Tohmatsu LLC /Consulting (hereinafter referred to as "our company") will take the following measures:
(1) Proper processing in accordance with standards prescribed by applicable laws and regulations.
(2)Implementing security control measures for information that has been deleted and information about the processing method, in accordance with standards prescribed by applicable laws and regulations.
(3) Not collating the anonymized personal information with other information in order to identify a person identifiable by personal information that was used to prepare the anonymized personal information.
(4) Complying with other matters required by laws and regulations.

In addition, our company exercises necessary and appropriate supervision over employees and contractors who handle anonymized personal information. Our company continuously prepares and provides anonymized personal information to third parties in “AI Garden lab™”—a service for constructing and utilizing simulation environments by a collective of AI agents—after implementing the measures described in “2. Handling of Anonymized Personal Information” and “5. Security Control Measures” above. We hereby disclose the following details.

Place of birth, Prefecture of origin, age, year of birth, nationality, educational background, enrollment status, occupation, working environment, career orientation, personal relationships (family, friends, supervisors and colleagues at work), family and living environment, life events, lifestyle habits, hobbies, information behavior, purchasing behavior, purchase details,household and economic situation, values, responses regarding politics, health and medical information, and responses regarding mental health.
