事業継続方針
デロイト トーマツ グループ*（以下、当グループ）は、ガバナンス・経営執行機能を担うデロイト トーマツ合同会社と、「監査・保証業務」、「コンサルテイティブ（ストラテジー・リスク・トランザクション / テクノロジー・トランスフォーメーション）」、「税務・法務」の事業、およびコーポレート機能から構成されています。
当グループは、グループ各法人**により提供される高度なプロフェッショナルサービスを通して、社会制度や経済の維持発展に寄与するとともに、当該プロフェッショナルサービスを継続的かつ安定的に提供できる態勢を構築しています。
また、当グループは、情報セキュリティの確保のため、適切なマネジメントシステムを構築し、継続的に運用・改善しています。これにより、重要な情報資産の保護と信頼性の高い事業運営を実現します。
社会のステークホルダーの要請や期待に応え、もって社会的使命を果たすため、ここに事業継続方針を制定し、以下に掲げる事項を満たす事業継続マネジメントシステム（Business Continuity Management System, BCMS）を整備・運用することを宣言します。
(1) 社員及び職員等並びに家族の生命・身体の安全を最優先とする。
(2) 有事の際は、クライアント、外部・内部のステークホルダー、業務委託先、その他関連する第三者の状況に配慮し、優先順位に従って可及的速やかな業務復旧を目指す。
(3) 関連する法令を遵守する。
(4) BCMSの継続的な維持改善に努める。

(1) A top priority shall be given to the safety of the lives and health of all partners, managing directors, staffs, etc. of our group and their families.
(2) In the event of an emergency, consideration will be given to the circumstances of clients, external and internal stakeholders, contractors, and other relevant third parties, and efforts will be made to restore operations as quickly as possible in accordance with established priorities
(3) Relevant laws and regulations shall be complied with.
(4) Maintenance and improvement of BCMS shall be continuously performed.
