Professional experience
Before joining Deloitte Tohmatsu Group, he has worked at US and Japan leading law firms. After qualified in 1992, he has represented both Japanese and non-Japanese clients in both domestic and cross-border corporate/M&A transactions, fund formations using LPS, LLP, TK, etc., structured finance transactions, compliance issues with finance and securities regulations, renewable energy projects, filings with the authorities, licensing, franchising, labor and employment issues and related disputes.
He is handling:
- Cross-border and domestic M&A/corporate transactions (including formations of branches, subsidiaries and JVs)
- Fund formations
- Corporate/structured finance transactions (including real estate and renewable energy projects)
- Compliance issues with finance and securities regulations
