Joined Tohmatsu Consulting, now Deloitte Tohmatsu LLC, in 1998.
From 2006 to 2008, served at Deloitte Netherlands as a member of the Japanese Services Group (JSG), supporting Japanese clients in the local market.
Following appointment as Partner, led numerous cross-border projects for major multinational companies in the pharmaceutical, medical device, and manufacturing sectors in Japan and around the world. Professional experience covers business strategy, M&A strategy, organizational and operational transformation, overseas expansion strategy, global management transformation, and overseas organizational restructuring.
Appointed Life Sciences Sector Leader in 2013 and also served as Global Lead Client Partner for a major pharmaceutical company.
Appointed Chief Operating Officer of Deloitte Tohmatsu Group in 2022, followed by service as Deloitte Tohmatsu Group Consultative Businesses Leader and Representative Executive of Deloitte Tohmatsu LLC.
