Haruko Nagayama
Chair of Deloitte Tohmatsu Group Japan LLC and Deloitte Touche Tohmatsu LLC
Haruko has served as Chair of Deloitte Japan since July 2022 and as a member of the Deloitte Asia Pacific Board since June 2022.
She has been with Deloitte since 1994 and has been a Japanese CPA since 1997, with 28 years of audit experience for large public global companies.
She has contributed to technical committees on accounting standards and actively promotes diversity and social welfare through the 30% Club Japan and the Red Feather Welfare Foundation.
