Background information
Retail Adventures Pty Limited (the Company) was Australia's largest discount variety store operator and operated nationally under four brand names – Crazy Clark's, Sam's Warehouse, Go-Lo and Chickenfeed. The Company was placed into Voluntary Administration on 26 October 2012 at which time the Administrators took control of the Company and its operations in accordance with the Corporations Act 2001.
The Administrators subsequently sold the business to DSG Holdings Australia Pty Ltd on 13 March 2013.
The company was placed into liquidation on 3 February 2014.
