Michelle Gauchat is Deloitte’s US banking and capital markets leader, responsible for leading Deloitte’s US banking and capital markets strategy and bringing together the right offerings to serve Deloitte’s portfolio of banking and capital markets clients. As a former banker, she advises regional and global banks on strategic issues across channel strategies and experience, technology and digital modernization, payments product development, post-merger integrations, and operating model transformations.

Tim is a principal with Deloitte Consulting LLP and serves as the Digital Banking and Payments leader under the Operations and Technology Transformation market offering. In this role, he is responsible for the shaping and delivery of Deloitte's Digital Banking & Payments services. In his previous position, Tim focused on developing and delivering a suite of integrated banking solutions through ConvergePROSPERITY. Specializing in the financial services industry, Tim is committed to advising and supporting clients on their most complicated and impactful transformation opportunities. Tim received his Master’s in Information Systems from Indiana University in 2005 and completed Kellogg's Chief Product Officer program in 2023. In his free time, Tim enjoys coaching his son’s soccer, flag football, and basketball teams.

Jim is a leader in Deloitte Consulting’s Commercial Banking practice. He has 20+ years of experience in commercial banking both as a banker and consultant providing services across Commercial Banking, Cash Management and Treasury Management. He leads projects from strategy articulation through value realization, including customer acquisition, client onboarding and servicing.
