Krishnakant (KK) Dave is a Principal and Offering Leader for Deloitte’s Emerging ERP Solutions and ServiceNow Offerings. KK’s background of more than 25 years is rooted in large-scale, global ERP-enabled finance and business transformations. His core belief is that the effective use of technology, specifically cloud and AI is critical to enhancing overall business performance and drive strategic differentiators. He is known to bring innovative solutions to our clients using his deep business background and use of new technologies and platforms. KK is known for building and scaling new businesses with a focus on Enterprise Technologies and Ecosystems & Alliances. In addition, he is on the Board of HashedIn, a Deloitte Cloud Services Company. KK is a prolific speaker, both nationally and internationally.
Edward Rollins
Edward is a Managing Director at Deloitte and the Government & Public Services (GPS) Lead Alliance Partner (LAP) for ServiceNow. With 25+ years of executive leadership spanning government and commercial markets—including roles as Chief Executive Officer (CEO) and Chief Technology Officer (CTO)—Edward brings deep experience helping organizations modernize operations, scale digital platforms, and drive measurable mission and business outcomes. Edward joined Deloitte in 2010 and founded the Federal ServiceNow practice in 2014, helping build it into Deloitte’s largest ServiceNow practice globally—delivering approximately 40% of Deloitte’s total ServiceNow work. He is recognized for aligning executive stakeholders, shaping strategic roadmaps, and guiding delivery teams to execute complex transformations with speed, quality, and accountability. Based in the Washington, DC area, Edward is also a proud father of four daughters.
Matthew Ku
Matt is a managing director and the US leader of Deloitte Consulting’s Technology Business Management (TBM) practice. He has more than 15 years of experience providing technology advisory and implementation leadership, including project portfolio management (PPM) strategy and delivering largescale PPM implementations. His passion in PPM has allowed him to deliver excellent results in providing portfolio governance, designing enterprise demand management, developing resource/workforce management, and helping clients realize value faster through process and technologies.
