Asish has extensive experience in accelerating growth, enabling performance transformation, delivering seamless integration and market-making divestitures, restructuring, and operational management leadership. His experience includes leading international multi billion-dollar programs focused on portfolio planning, execution, shared services enablement, and multiples affecting impacting $200B in synergies at companies ranging from $1B to $500B. Over the past 10 years, Asish led the M&A ecosystems and alliances across Oracle, NetSuite, Salesforce, and SAP. He currently serves as a senior advisory partner for the ServiceNow alliance. Asish has published work on digital transformation, M&A strategy, and how cloud-based solutions can address growth and transformation challenges. He has experience presenting at large cross-industry forums and campus events including, delivering the keynote around industry trends and best practices at Oracle OpenWorld, Dreamforce, Cloudworld, and SuiteWorld. Asish was recognized as a recipient of M&A Advisor’s prestigious “40 Under 40 Award” in the past.

Deloitte Operate is a high-value, transformational business across Consulting, Tax & Legal, and Risk Advisory that delivers client impact by connecting solutions, driving continuous improvement, deploying innovation to critical business functions, processes, and technology platforms. Specific areas of focus include accelerating cloud-enabled IT modernization efforts, improving operational effectiveness, and managing an increasingly complex array of cyber risks and tax compliance requirements. Solutions include, but are not limited to, Foundry Services, Application Management Services (AMS), Cloud Management Services (CMS), Analytics as a Service, Global Tax Compliance, Global Mobility, Cyber Detect and Respond, and Identity Managed Services. Prior to this role, Doug was the Deloitte Global Leader for the Enterprise Technology and Performance portfolio. He led a global team focused on sales and delivery of supply chain, finance, and enterprise resource planning (ERP) transformations with focus on digital solutions. Doug’s 30 years of consulting and industry experience includes driving large-scale global programs, developing new service offerings, and defining industry growth strategies. He is known for optimizing end-to-end supply chain processes and integrating operations with technology solutions to drive step-function performance improvement. Doug earned a bachelor of sciences degree in Industrial and Manufacturing Systems Engineering from Kansas State University and a master of science degree in Systems Analysis and Management from the George Washington University.

Sam is a principal with over 25 years of experience in operational, technology, and strategy roles. He has broad cross-industry supply chain experience that includes consumer and industrial products manufacturing, retail, media distribution, agriculture and food processing, oil and gas, and defense. He specializes in leading large, complex, global technology transformations that lower costs and improve service. Sam also specializes in enterprise operations as-a-service and leads Deloitte's ServiceNow Operate services.

Vikas is an Enterprise Operations Leader with over 25 years of experience working with and advising senior leaders on various CxO agenda topics including: Strategy, Operating Model, Sourcing & Third Party Management, Mergers, Acquisitions and Divestitures, Service Management and ServiceNow, GenAI and automated solutions. He focuses on solving complex operational issues, driving business efficiency and transformation leveraging technology. Vikas has worked across various industry verticals with global clients and operations spread worldwide. He is a thought leader and frequently engages with senior client leaders on solutioning next gen capabilities including GenAI and Agentic AI. He currently leads the US ServiceNow Operate offering within Deloitte. Vikas holds a MBA degree from Kellogg School of Management, Northwestern University and a Bachelors in Business from Kelley School of Business, Indiana University.
