Vikas is an Enterprise Operations Leader with over 25 years of experience working with and advising senior leaders on various CxO agenda topics including: Strategy, Operating Model, Sourcing & Third Party Management, Mergers, Acquisitions and Divestitures, Service Management and ServiceNow, GenAI and automated solutions.

He focuses on solving complex operational issues, driving business efficiency and transformation leveraging technology. Vikas has worked across various industry verticals with global clients and operations spread worldwide. He is a thought leader and frequently engages with senior client leaders on solutioning next gen capabilities including GenAI and Agentic AI. He currently leads the US ServiceNow Operate offering within Deloitte.

Vikas holds a MBA degree from Kellogg School of Management, Northwestern University and a Bachelors in Business from Kelley School of Business, Indiana University.
