Mental wellbeing is continually talked about at a firm-wide level but, in Nottingham, we have a particularly heightened focus on it. It is OK not to be OK, and we have an active Wellbeing group to meet and support anyone who needs help. Resources like HeadSpace, the mindfulness app, are available free to everyone who works at Deloitte, but we also have specific services and support across our different regions.
