Although flexible working is available at all our offices in the UK, the Milton Keynes virtual community hub offers dedicated spaces for remote working, all designed specifically for your needs.
A true community
A vibrant mix of people and very much a community, there is always lots going on.
The Deloitte Dynamos netball team is part of the local corporate league and the football team regularly competes in the Deloitte World Cup in Prague. There is also a social committee that organises events from family cinema screenings and summer barbeques to the annual office ball.
A number of diversity networks and groups means there is something for everyone to get involved with: an office Green Team, Multicultural Network and the well-established Womens Network, which regularly organises events marking milestones such as International Women’s Day, Breast Cancer Awareness Month and Christmas, amongst others.
Importantly, Deloitte Milton Keynes also has very strong links with the local community. Partnerships with local school, Milton Keynes Academy, and local charity, MK SNAP, give staff the opportunity to make an impact that matters through a number of volunteering, support and fundraising initiatives throughout the year.
