The Fast 50 index recognises businesses demonstrating significant growth over the last three years. 

About the Deloitte Fast 50 index

The Deloitte Fast 50 index recognises businesses demonstrating significant growth over the last three years. The index is determined by revenue growth percentage.

For a complete entry, you must:

  • Be a New Zealand registered business, trading for a minimum of three years
  • Have revenue of $1 million or above in FY24
  • Submit independently prepared financial statements for FY24 and FY26
  • Supply export revenue for FY24 and FY26 (if applicable)

Applicants for the Deloitte Fast 50 index are also eligible for national and regional award categories, recognising the fastest-growing businesses in certain industries including:

  • Construction
  • Consumer products and retail
  • Export
  • Food and beverage
  • Healthcare
  • Manufacturing
  • Māori or Pasifika founded/owned
  • Services
  • Technology

Entries open Monday 20 July and close on Friday 28 August 2026.

The 2025 Fast 50 index recognised businesses demonstrating significant growth over the last three years, determined by revenue growth percentage. To qualify, businesses needed to:

  • be a New Zealand registered business, trading for a minimum of three years
  • have revenue of $1 million or above in FY23
  • submit independently prepared financial statements for FY23 and FY25
  • supply export revenue for FY23 and FY25, where applicable
