About the Deloitte Master of Growth index

The Deloitte Master of Growth index puts a spotlight on New Zealand businesses achieving sustained growth over the last five years. The index is determined by revenue growth percentage.

Entries for the 2026 Master of Growth index are now closed. The index will be revealed at our national celebration on 12 November and published publicly on 13 November.

For a complete entry, you must have been:

A New Zealand registered business, trading for a minimum of five years
Have revenue of $5 million or above in FY22
Submit independently prepared financial statements for FY22 and FY26

What were the 2025 Master of Growth criteria?

The Master of Growth index puts a spotlight on New Zealand businesses with sustained growth over the last five years. The index is determined by revenue growth percentage.
To qualify in 2025, businesses needed to:

be a New Zealand registered business, trading for a minimum of five years
have revenue of $5 million or above in FY21
submit independently prepared financial statements for FY21 and FY25
