Deloitte enters into exclusive negotiations with Neoxia to strengthen its cloud capabilities

Deloitte announced today that it is in exclusive negotiations with cloud technologies group Neoxia, with a view to acquiring Neoxia and Skale 5.
Founded in 2000, Neoxia, “the 360 cloud company”, is a highly innovative player with 250 engineers in France and Canada specialising in developing native cloud, data and cloud infrastructure solutions.
By combining their business and technological expertise, Deloitte France and the Neoxia group will be able to provide organisations with unique support in the market, offering both strategic vision and the ability to implement at scale, ultimately boosting their clients’ transformation with and through Cloud.
Deloitte and Neoxia are leading implementers of key cloud technologies. This expertise, which will be further strengthened in the future, reflect the commitment and excellence levels characterising both companies’ teams. Sharing the same entrepreneurial DNA, the combined teams’ goal will be to massively expand in these technologies in the coming years and support their clients in benefitting from hyperscalers’ cloud solutions.

Gilles is set to join Deloitte as a Partner along with Jean-Baptiste Paccoud and Jean-Pierre Chamarande, who currently respectively head up Neoxia’s Digital & Data activities and DevOps subsidiary.
The planned deal is subject to prior consultation of the relevant employee representative bodies. The project’s financial details are not being disclosed.
