On 24 August 2018, Matthew James Donnelly and Neil Robert Cussen were appointed Joint and Several Administrators of Big Un Limited by the directors of the company, Mr Brandon Charles Evertz, Ms Sonia Thurston, Mr Nicholas Jordan and Mr William James Knowles pursuant to Section 436A of the Corporations Act 2001.
At the adjourned second meeting of creditors held on 20 December 2018, creditors resolved that Big Un Limited execute a deed of company arrangement.
The deed of company arrangement was executed on 15 January 2019 and Matthew James Donnelly and Neil Robert Cussen were appointed as Joint and Several Deed Administrators of Big Un Limited.
Following a material contravention of the DOCA by the DOCA Proponent WOW World Digital Pty Ltd, the Deed Administrators convened a meeting of creditors on 23 October 2019 to determine the future of the Company. At the meeting, creditors resolved to terminate the DOCA and Matthew James Donnelly and I were appointed as Joint and Several Liquidators of the Company on the same day.
