Whilst optimizing your VAT cash burden we prepare your monthly VAT returns, e-file them for you and let you know which amounts will be due and when.

Based on the periodic accounting reports we prepare your statutory accounts (balance sheet statement, profit and loss account and notes) under Austrian GAAP or international accounting standards, prepare the statutory disclosure documents for the company register as well as your annual tax returns (i.e. income tax return or corporate tax return, VAT return etc.). We ensure the correctness and due filing of your tax returns and optimize your tax position. That way you are well prepared for your first tax audit.

We support you in preparing and monitoring your budget so that you can fully explore the potential of your enterprise and take appropriate measures if deviations from your plan should occur.

Even in times of full order book and public grants promised the liquidity of your enterprise needs to be secured every single day. We offer tailored consulting services beyond our YES basic package as well. Your enterprise grows and evolves? We accompany you along your way. Depending on the requested services we offer attractive hourly rates, an agreed lump-sum fee or a success fee (blended fees are possible as well).
